Top Thing to do on New Years Day in Utah
One of the best shopping days of the year for me is January 1st to hit the Dillards department sale. The store hours will open at 9 am and close at 7 pm. There are five locations in Utah, Fashion Place in Murray, Layton Hills Mall, Provo Town Center, Newgate Mall in Ogden, and Red Cliffs Mall in St. George.
I have found deals up to 75% on Christmas trees, clothes, and housewares. The shoe section is one you want to go to first because of the popularity. With four granddaughters it is fun to look at the darling clothes that can be purchased and saved for birthdays and next year's Christmas presents.
The jewelry section is a fun one to browse and look for pieces for yourself, or if you are feeling generous there is usually plenty of beautiful necklaces, earrings, bracelets, and rings.
Shopping is a great way to bring in 2021! Let’s all hope for a better year ahead.
